2023 Glory Cup FAQs

When will the schedule be posted?

-The tournament committee will verify the brackets via pre-alignment and final alignment before scheduling games. The published game schedule can be found by clicking here. The Academy schedule will be posted by July 17th.

Where is the West Jordan Complex located? 

- The complex address is 4333 West New Bingham Hwy, West Jordan, UT. The field map can be found online near the bottom of the webpage.

When does my roster need to be complete? 

- Rosters will be frozen upon check-in on July 19th. Tournament Check-in will be held in-person on Wednesday, July 19 from 4-6pm at the West Jordan Complex Headquarters (west pavilion). The team does not need to attend, only the Coach or Team Manager.

What should I bring to check-in?

- 5 copies of your tournament photo roster and any applicable guest player forms for players outside of your club. Details for check-in and how to create the photo roster can be found online. 

When is Goalie Wars? 

- Friday night fun will be from 6-9pm on Friday, July 21. We will have a live DJ, food, activities and of course, Goalie Wars! Invite your players to participate in Goalie Wars Friday, July 21st starting at 7:00pm (youngest ages starting first). The cost is $20. Even if you do not participate, it is a lot of fun to watch.

Does the tournament provide game balls or team benches? 

- Game balls and team seating will NOT be provided by the Glory Cup. Please plan ahead for your team. The Home team (team listed first on the schedule) will be responsible to provide 3 quality game balls to use that are the appropriate size for your age group. 

What happens if there is a weather delay? 

- Please be sure to review the tournament rules especially our inclement weather policy. Be prepared to first, seek shelter and get your team to safety. Second, shortened games, PK's and possibly coin toss, to determine game outcomes.

Will there be concessions available?

- Concessions will be available during the event near HQ from 10am-8pm Thursday and Friday and from 9am-noon on Saturday. We anticipate that it will be very hot! Please remind players and spectators to bring plenty of water. However, we will have water bottles for sale.

Can I buy a Glory Cup shirt or hoodie?

- 801-Promo will be on-site throughout the event and will have Glory Cup t-shirts and hoodies on sale! Limited sizes and quantities will be available. You can pre-order shirts for your team by emailing: sales@801promo.com If your team needs jerseys made prior to playing in the tournament, email them to inquire also.
