TOURNAMENT CHECK-IN INFO:

Every team is required to have the tournament photo roster verified by tournament officials at check-in. 

We will hold the Glory Cup Tournament Check-In on Wednesday, July 17th from 4-6pm at Tournament Headquarters. Or, if you do not want to make a special trip, you may check-in no less than 90 minutes before your first game is scheduled to kick off.  We will be on-site beginning at 7am each day of the event. If your team is scheduled at 8am on Thursday morning, or if you are a new team admin, please check-in on Wednesday, July 17th from 4-6pm at the complex. Click here for an early check-in screening for non-local or new teams. 

Check-in will be held at Tournament Headquarters located at the complex, near the west playground. The address to the complex is 4333 W New Bingham Highway, West Jordan. Only Team Managers or Coaches listed on the roster may check-in your team. Teams not checked-in to get rosters approved and stamped will not be allowed to play and no refunds will be offered. Pick up your coaches gift and players swag during check-in!

Tournament rosters are frozen after July 17th or once checked-in. No exceptions will be made!

Please bring the following items to tournament check-in (U9-U19 Teams):

- 5 copies of Affinity photo rosters - Click here for instructions on how to create a photo roster. 

* Out of state/area teams: In addition to checking in on-site, please email your official tournament photo roster no later than July 15 to sara@utahglorysoccer.com with the subject line CHECK IN ROSTER.  If using payer cards, scan all cards into one file accompanied by an official team roster to be accepted in place of a photo roster.

- Guest player authorization forms must be provided if you have loaned players from OUTSIDE your club. You can download the proper form here. Club passed players borrowed from inside your same organization do not need these forms. 

UYSA Player Participation Forms/Association approved medical release forms must be easily accessible to your team admin, should a player need medical attention during the event. These forms are NOT required at team check-in.

U6-U8 Academy  teams may check in at headquarters one hour before their first game. Academy rosters can be manually created but must include; Team name; including the team age group, coaches name and contact info, players names and DOB for each player. Academy team rosters are limited to 10 players per team

Teams not properly checked-in will NOT be eligible for tournament play and will forfeit all tournament fees paid. All scheduled games will show as a forfeit for the team.
